I Was Active in Large Scale Property Transactions
I moved to Europe and 'self-generated' 300 mil EUR of real estate deals (without the security of a salary). For a sense of perspective my first deal was a 40m EUR logistics portfolio.

My Financial Sector Expertise
Following the Global Financial Crisis I brokered a shopping centre transaction and decided to return to the UK and work 'from the ground up'. I wanted to learn about finance from the 'inside' and 'outside' and become a specialist in the field. I read hundreds of books and looked at 1,000s of company balance sheets and case studies. So far I have worked 10 years in the industry.

A Changing World
I have been preparing for and adapting to a new future. One where trends accelerate (AI, global capital and global human capital). I will also be seeing geopolitical shifts (the rise of Eurasia and relative decline of the West) shape the future.
